Martin grew up just outside of London, England, where he played and coached professional soccer.
While in England he also taught a variety of college level subjects.

In addition, Martin served as a Government Educational Consultant at London University's Institute of Education, where he was responsible for helping teachers to develop a more relevant, interesting and creative style of delivering the curriculum.

Martin holds a degree in Economics, Politics and Government from the University of Kent at Canterbury and two higher level degrees in Movement Science from St.Mary's College, London University and Whole Brain Learning from the Institute of Education, London University.

Martin came to U.S. in 1990 to serve as the Head Teacher of the Alternative School in Jackson, NJ. Subsequently he taught a large variety of subjects including: philosophy, psychology, world religions, public speaking, the art & science of learning; diversity education, leadership and management, media, economics and justice, and gender & society to students ranging from high school to masters' level.

While in the U.S. he has coached many high school and college teams to success including state, regional and national championships.

Martin lives in New Hope, PA and has an office in Lambertville, NJ.

He has a son, David, whose college soccer team recently won a National Championship (2005) in Texas; and a daughter Louise, who is developing her potential as a talented entertainer.

Martin's passion in life is helping people discover their potential and improve their lives.
